A Personal Note

We have partnered with organizations such as AARP, the Adcare Institute of Maine, NAADAC, Wake Forest School of Medicine, and Central Piedmont Community College to train hundreds of healthcare professionals, advocates, and family caregivers. Our training focuses on family caregiving, mental health, and substance use recovery.

Our mission is grounded in our diverse experiences in healthcare, corporate environments, and public service. More importantly, we bring insight from our roles as caregivers for our parents, which has helped us understand the challenges of balancing caregiving with professional responsibilities.

We are committed to ensuring that every caregiver receives the support they need, making the invisible aspects of caregiving more visible.
