Kaii Marie Robertson is an operations manager and stakeholder management expert with more than 12 years of experience in improving operational efficiency within federal and state government sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led small and large teams, employing strategic planning to drive personnel success.

 

She excels in crafting communication strategies and compliance processes for both internal and external stakeholders. Notably, the department she established and managed within state government met the gold standard benchmarks set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

 

Since returning to yoga in 2014 to alleviate work-related stress, Kaii has become a certified yoga instructor and mental health first aider, conducting over 100 training sessions on subjects such as caregiving, substance use, and mental health.
